Tracy Kloefkorn COTA (OT Assistant)


Tracy graduated from Nazarene Bible College in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Counseling for Christian Ministries. She continued her education at Eastern New Mexico University where she graduated with an Associates of Science for Occupational Therapy Assistant. She currently is certified through the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy, and plans to continue her education toward a Masters in Occupational therapy.

She has 5+ years working with the pediatric population in home health and the school setting, working with a variety of diagnoses including developmental delays, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, attention deficient disorder, chromosomal disorders, and Autism Spectrum disorder. She enjoys working with all children and their families to help children live successful and independent lives to the best of their ability.

Tracy has extensive knowledge in the areas of: sensory integration, autism related concerns, fine motor and gross motor skills, and handwriting. Her passion for helping children has led her to specialize her continuing education on pediatric concerns including: DIR/Floortime; Crumbs as a tool in Pediatric feeding transitions; Primitive Reflexes and How they Impact development; Autism and Safety; Sensory Processing to support infants, toddlers, preschoolers and their families; SMHP: Size Matters Handwriting Program.

When not working, Tracy spends time with her husband, 4 children, and their 3 dogs. She enjoys reading, traveling, and serving her community
